A leading electronics company is seeking a Channel Marketing professional to plan and execute Local Launch Plans and ensure compliance with retail display standards. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields and 2-5 years of relevant experience in channel marketing. Plan and execute Local Launch Plans (NPD) in alignment with the 4R strategy – Right Store, Right Product, Right Display, and Right Execution.
Set, monitor, and review Retail Index Standards (RIS) to ensure full compliance with store display guidelines.
Develop and adapt BTL POSM and merchandising standards consistent with the brand’s identity and retail strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative Agencies, Innovation, and HQ teams to deliver impactful in-store visibility and communication campaigns.
Define SKU focus and product mix strategies to drive growth across key accounts and channels.
Identify and plan store segmentation, upgrades, and resource allocation to enhance in-store experience and sales potential.
Leverage retail data and market insights to identify opportunities, optimize product visibility, and improve launch effectiveness.
Track and analyze sell-out performance of new launches; recommend and implement timely corrective actions.
Lead MDF budget planning, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking, and timely approvals.
Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Field Operations teams to ensure seamless and on-time retail execution.
Align all retail activities with the annual marketing calendar to maximize campaign synergy and market impact.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
2–5 years of relevant experience in retail, channel, or trade marketing within FMCG, consumer electronics, or related industries.
Strong understanding of retail execution, merchandising, and POSM development best practices.
Proven ability to analyze and interpret retail data to derive actionable insights and strategies.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level) and capable of basic data visualization and statistical analysis.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight timelines.
