Position

Brand Offline Expansion Lead – run our stores like your own business, balancing operations, people, and numbers. You’ll take charge of retail P&L, expansion, inspire teams, optimise sales, and bring our brand to life in every offline activation.

Responsibilities
  • Retail
    • Lead offline expansion proposals, new store scouting, feasibility assessment, and cost projection.
    • Work with the Commercial Strategy Lead to plan retail mechanics, activations, stock forecasts, and compensation schemes.
    • Plan, monitor, and replenish retail stocks; coordinate with Logistics to ensure timely delivery.
    • Collaborate with Marketing on VM arrangements and ensure smooth setup and dismantle for new launches or retail refresh.
    • Act as the main PIC with mall management for approvals, deliverables, events, and operational issues.
    • Manage manpower planning, onboarding, training, and overall team morale (HR handles full‑time recruitment, Offline Ops involved in interview and approval).
    • Ensure all retail staff receive accurate campaign info, mechanics, and updates on time.
    • Ensure smooth operation (scent devices, testers, tools, and store assets are functioning and well‑maintained).
  • Additional POS (Watsons, DIY, Pop‑up)
    • Plan and manage in‑store promoter placement at distribution points to strengthen brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and uplift sales performance.
    • Oversee sales operations for pop‑ups and partner events, including hiring and training part‑timers, coordinating with logistics for stock replenishment, and ensuring smooth on‑ground sales execution.
    • Work closely with Key Account, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure POSM, VM, stock levels, and promo mechanics are executed accurately across all partner outlets and pop‑up locations.

  • Hands‑on retail leader with strong commercial acumen and common sense in numbers.
  • Proven track record in managing P&L and driving store sales.
  • Sharp eye for operations, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
  • Strong people leader who can hire, train, and inspire a high‑performing team.
  • Familiar with retail compliance and Malaysian retail practices.
  • Organized and dependable – you keep schedules, SOPs, and reports in order without skipping a beat.
  • Fluent in English and 中文 – able to guide frontline staff and communicate with HQ and partners.
  • Willing to be based in HQ, and able to travel to different store locations when needed.
