Job summary
A leading dental distributor in Malaysia is seeking a Purchasing Supervisor to manage day-to-day purchasing functions and supplier performance. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or related field, along with 2-3 years of supply chain management experience. Responsibilities include supervising purchasing staff, ensuring timely deliveries, and resolving any discrepancies. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in supply chain management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day purchasing functions.
- Monitor and ensure on-time supplier deliveries.
- Supervise, guide and develop one purchasing executive.
