Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a sales agent based in Kota Bharu, Malaysia. The role involves acquiring retail stores for parcel collection services by pitching to target locations. Ideal candidates are confident communicators fluent in Malay and English with outgoing personalities. You will manage the lead acquisition process through to onboarding new partners. Candidates should possess basic Excel skills and a willingness to travel. This position targets motivated individuals ready to meet sales objectives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Acquire retail stores to sign up for parcel collection services.
  • Pitch to target stores within a 250m radius of targeted locations.
  • Manage entire process from lead acquisition to partner onboarding.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Partner acquisition - acquire retail stores to sign up, offering parcel collection services.
  • Every sales agent will be given a list of targeted locations and must pitch to the target store (or any eligible retail store within 250m radius from targeted locations; eligible stores have opening hours: minimum 5.5 days a week, open until 6PM).
  • Handle the entire process from lead acquisition, contract signing, and delivery of Point of Sale Material (POSM) to onboarding and training of the new partners.
Qualifications
  • Good command of Malay and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Can pitch confidently & with a driven attitude to achieve sales targets.
  • Outgoing personality and good negotiation skill.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, including data entry and simple spreadsheet management.
  • Knowledge in logistics related operation is a plus.
  • SPM level education or above.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
