We are MSN Global Food Sdn. Bhd., a frozen food manufacturing company based in Skudai, Johor Bahru.

Position: Purchasing
Job Summary

Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required for production operations. Ensures timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality compliance according to company standards.

Procurement & Sourcing
  • Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors.
  • Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best terms.
  • Issue purchase orders (PO) and ensure proper documentation.
Material Planning
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to determine material needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.
  • Ensure uninterrupted supply to avoid production downtime.
  • Maintain and update supplier database and performance records.
  • Develop strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Handle supplier complaints or non-conformance issues.
Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
  • Prepare regular purchasing and cost reports.
