Responsibilities

  • Record and update daily production output, material usage, and downtime.
  • Prepare production forms, labels, and documentation.
  • Assist in compiling daily, weekly, or monthly production reports.
  • Coordinate with supervisors to ensure production records are accurate and up to date.
  • File production documents and maintain proper documentation for audits.
  • Assist with data entry for invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Maintain filing of financial documents such as invoices, statements, and payment records.
  • Support basic accounts payable and receivable tasks.
  • Help with simple reconciliations and month-end documentation preparation.
  • Communicate with suppliers or internal staff regarding billing-related matters.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, quotation requests, and delivery follow-ups.
  • Update supplier lists, price comparisons, and purchasing records.
  • Check stock levels and assist in monitoring reorder requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmations and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain proper filing of purchasing documents.
