GoPomelo Senior Cloud Sales
GoPomelo is looking for a Senior Cloud Sales professional to manage and develop new business opportunities for GoPomelo Cloud Services and solutions in Kuala Lumpur and across South East Asia. We require a proactive attitude for this position.
Responsibilities
- Work towards a sales target as agreed with Sales Director for New Business, Consulting Services, Managed Services and Renewal opportunities.
- Identify & qualify sales opportunities—identify key customer technical objections and develop a strategy to resolve technical impediments to closing sales transactions.
- Manage pipeline and sales activities—ensure best practice in the enterprise sales process is adhered to for all opportunities. Connect and build relationships with key client representatives on deals in mature stages.
- Coordinate technical solution validation—work closely with the GoPomelo Customer Engineering Team to drive technical solutions to include supporting bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and coordination of supporting technical resources.
- Collaborate with and update relevant partner solution providers.
- Ensure pipeline communication is up to date on the preferred platform and best practice.
- Engage partner solution teams in marketing activities such as events, Google groups, VITO, online marketing, etc.
- Develop product expertise—be knowledgeable in the business benefits of all products and solutions held by GoPomelo in different partner cloud solutions by ongoing personal development, maintaining certifications, and being up to date on all technical aspects.
- Customer Success Services—coordinate deployment and post-deployment work as required.
- Develop relationships and manage customer accounts—provide continued value to customers and rapid responses to any customer requests. Support any post-deployment requirements including upgrades and communication management with the technical team.
Job Requirements
- Senior level.
- Malaysian native preferably.
- Experience in Account Mapping / Sales Engineering.
- Good understanding of Microsoft or Google for Work products will be a big plus.
- Ability to self-drive and work towards targets.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proactive, positive attitude, enthusiastic and good problem-solving skill.
- Able to work under pressure and time constraints.
