Job description

We are seeking a creative yet analytical Social Media Executive to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for content development, copywriting, branding support, and marketing analytics, with a strong focus on supporting property development projects and driving both online and offline marketing initiatives to strengthen corporate and project branding, engagement, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and execute engaging content (posts, videos, reels, stories, and campaigns) across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Produce effective and persuasive copy in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese for advertisements, captions, promotional materials, and branding campaigns.
  • Plan, manage, and execute annual online marketing initiatives, including campaign calendars, content themes, and digital marketing budgets aligned with project launches and sales targets.
  • Support and coordinate online and offline marketing initiatives (digital campaigns, on-ground activations, events, collaterals, and sales gallery materials) to drive property sales and brand visibility.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report campaign and content performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other relevant analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to drive engagement, lead generation, and conversion across digital and offline touchpoints.
  • Provide branding and content development support for corporate branding, property projects, and marketing materials to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in social media management, content writing, or digital marketing (property industry preferred).
  • Strong copywriting skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in social media tools, analytics, and basic design/editing software (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.).
  • Creative, data-driven, and able to work under tight deadlines.
