Job description
Responsibilities
  • Receiving and processing purchase orders using SQL software.
  • Issuing sales transaction invoices.
  • Verifying orders, including customer’s personal information and payment details.
  • Contacting customers by phone, Whatsapp or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Maintaining and updating information for ISO requirements.
  • Issuing Production Job Sheet to Operators based on the order received using MAPS System.
  • Handling delivery goods to customer and giving instructions to Driver based on Delivery Schedule.
  • Monitoring stock counts to ensure inventory is always available.
  • Supporting other administrative tasks and maintaining good communication with other departments.
  • Assisting with online marketing & selling platforms, including Shopee.
  • Performing ad‑hoc tasks and working under pressure.
