We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Marketing Manager to lead and grow our online sales performance on Lazada and Shopee, with the role operating remotely. In this all-encompassing role, you will be responsible for growing our online presence, enhancing brand visibility, and driving sales—managing everything from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Lazada and Shopee stores to maximize sales performance.
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns and platform-specific activities to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.
• Manage our e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing and promotions to optimize online sales.
• Supervise daily operations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid advertising campaigns (SEM) to improve search engine rankings and drive targeted traffic.
• Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns that deliver results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing and e-commerce technologies.
• Work with Management to establish growth strategies to support growth market goals and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Lazada and/or Shopee stores, preferably in a managerial capacity. Experience in Singapore online marketplaces would be a big advantage.
• Strong product knowledge and experience in Health & Beauty, Skincare & Cosmetics.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to set and achieve ambitious targets.
• Self-motivated and highly independent, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take full ownership of tasks.
• Knowledge in HTML, Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro/Premiere and online marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Power Editor will be an advantage.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Availability to start right away is a key advantage.
