Develop and strengthen the company’s digital brand presence to enhance overall brand image and reputation.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all online marketing channels.
Develop and execute online marketing activities, including website content, social media, email campaigns, online advertising and mobile marketing.
Manage PPC campaigns on Google and social media platforms.
Formulate and implement online marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Identify target audiences and develop campaigns that resonate with them.
Work out promotional campaigns, webinar planning and execution to support sales team.
Use web analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of online marketing campaigns.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights to optimize strategies.
Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data and personalize marketing efforts.
Implement strategies for customer retention and loyalty.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in consumer behavior.
Continuously adapt marketing strategies to reflect market dynamics.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field, with significant experience leading successful campaigns across multiple markets.
Proven results in growing brand awareness, lead generation, and sales through digital and social media channels.
Proficient in Marketing Tools such as Canvas, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Google Ads, demand generation and inbound marketing.
In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital analytics tools.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
Candidate(s) must be willing to work in Perai Area.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin (added advantage).
Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and advanced analytics techniques.
