Overview
We are looking for a passionate and innovative Digital Marketing Executive, focused on enhancing the company’s market visibility and brand awareness in the fertilizer industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive online marketing strategies, engaging with target audiences through digital channels, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s annual digital marketing plan to enhance brand awareness and market share.
- Manage and optimize the company’s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, industry forums), regularly publish high‑quality content, engage with followers, and boost user engagement.
- Oversee SEO optimization for the company website and e‑commerce platforms to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including live streaming, webinars, and promotional events, to attract potential customers and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with industry KOLs, agricultural experts, and influencers to expand brand influence.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing data (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, user behavior), provide regular reports, and recommend optimizations.
- Track fertilizer industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting marketing strategies as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficient in Bahasa Melayu, Chinese, and English; a degree in marketing, agriculture, e‑commerce, or related fields is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of digital marketing experience; experience in the fertilizer, agriculture, or agro‑input industry is a plus.
- Skilled in social media management, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and e‑commerce platform operations.
- Strong writing and content creation skills, including visual materials such as images and short videos.
- Proficient in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AI‑based insights) and capable of making data‑driven decisions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate closely with sales and product teams.
- Deep interest in the fertilizer industry and willingness to understand customer needs and industry trends.
