A leading media network company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Influencer Online Marketing (Senior Specialist) to develop and deliver creative content briefs for KOLs. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience, particularly in the beauty or skincare industry, with strong skills in content creation and social media marketing. Responsibilities include reviewing KOL content, monitoring performance, and mentoring a team for better execution. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape influencer collaborations and brand storytelling.
Develop and deliver creative content briefs for KOLs, ensuring alignment with brand direction and campaign objectives.
Review and approve KOL content drafts, ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency before publication.
Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of KOL content to optimize future campaigns.
Work closely with the KOL Specialist who manages outreach and negotiations, providing clear brand guidelines and directions.
Stay ahead of social media and content trends in Malaysia to enhance campaign impact.
Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain consistent brand storytelling across platforms.
Mentor and potentially lead a small team in the future to strengthen execution and creativity.
Possess minimum 2 years of relevant work experience and exposure, preferably in the beauty, skincare, makeup or other relevant industry.
Strong background in content creation, creative briefing, and social media marketing.
Proven experience working with KOCs/KOLs/Influencers collaboration is a must.
Ability to evaluate content quality and ensure alignment with brand tone and standards.
Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
Someone independent and could work well in a team under a fast pace changing environment.
