eCommerce Executive (previously titled CRM Executive (eCommerce))
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute e‑commerce campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Plan and manage online sales, marketing, promotion and advertisement.
- Monitor, control and manage the e‑commerce system and marketplace systems.
- Manage all online sales orders and update product information, inventory and promotion details on the website and marketplaces.
- Devise strategies utilizing internet marketing platforms and tools to drive online traffic to the corporate website and other social media platforms.
- Establish and report against KPIs using sales reports and campaign performance reports.
- Monitor competitors’ activities on digital platforms and recommend actions.
- Conduct live streaming sessions on the EYS channel.
- Develop a simple script/flow for livestreams to ensure smooth execution.
- Write basic scripts and create/edit e‑commerce videos.
- Create and execute e‑commerce campaigns on multiple platforms, including the Eu Yan Sang online store, Lazada, Shopee and TikTok.
- Monitor online store sales and operations.
- Monitor online advertising campaigns.
- Analyze and generate reports for web traffic and e‑commerce campaigns.
- Plan and coordinate daily deliveries and connections.
- Handle order fulfilment and customer support in the warehouse.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in e‑commerce and digital marketing.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; on‑job training will be provided.
- Experience managing multiple marketplace platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, etc.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook advertising and other social media monitoring platforms.
- Enthusiastic about SEO, social media and internet networking to generate sales growth.
- Hands‑on experience with MS Office, CMS or any web publishing tool.
- Strong knowledge of online business as well as online sales and marketing.
- Must possess at least a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Internet Technology, Commerce or a related discipline.
Relevant Languages: English, Mandarin & Malay – required for business communications, reporting and documentation.
