Basic technical understanding of web platforms (HTML/CSS, Shopify, WooCommerce) is advantageous.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, IT, or related disciplines.
3 to 5 years’ experience in digital commerce or online marketing.
Formulate and execute strategies to drive online business growth in line with company goals. Study industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities within Malaysia and nearby markets. Explore and assess potential digital sales channels such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
Manage daily functions of the company’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce). Maintain and update product information, pricing, stock levels, and online content. Ensure efficient processing of customer orders and delivery, while maintaining service quality.
Oversee seller accounts, campaigns, and promotional activities on major marketplaces. Ensure adherence to platform requirements and optimize for recognition programs (e.g., Shopee Preferred, LazMall). Liaise with platform representatives to boost visibility and performance.
Collaborate with internal teams or marketing partners to run campaigns across various channels (SEO, paid ads, social media, email). Manage and refine online ad performance across platforms like Google, Facebook, and TikTok. Use performance data to improve customer acquisition and retention efforts.
Analyze user interaction and feedback to enhance website navigation and conversion rates. Handle customer support via live chat and email, ensuring satisfaction post-purchase. Design retention strategies such as loyalty rewards, referral incentives, and product bundles.
Monitor key performance indicators such as website traffic, conversion rates, sales results, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Use tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards to gather insights. Suggest data-driven improvements to enhance overall e-commerce performance.
Work hand-in-hand with logistics teams to guarantee timely and accurate delivery. Improve shipping cost-efficiency and assess courier service performance. Oversee return/refund processes and aim to reduce unnecessary losses.
Coordinate with technical teams for website enhancements, plugin setups, and system integrations (e.g., POS, ERP). Ensure site usability across devices and browsers. Keep updated with the latest digital commerce tools and innovations such as AI-powered features.
