Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to manage customer inquiries from ecommerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other retail channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries from all online ecommerce marketplace platforms, including during off-working hours, in accordance with platform requirements.
  • Ensure chat response rate targets are consistently achieved.
  • Manage, schedule, and follow up on online customer appointments to ensure timely service.
  • Handle in-store pickup and online order–related issues, including returns, refunds, order disputes, and after-sales support.
  • Liaise with the warehouse on any issues related to order fulfilment or disputes.
  • Provide support to the retail team including assisting walk-in customers.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, call center, or online chat support will be an advantage.
  • Able to communicate effectively and confidently with customers.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in ENGLISH and BM.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
