A growing café brand is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to lead and optimize online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in digital marketing for F&B or retail and a hands-on approach to growing online sales without heavy ad spend. Responsibilities include managing customer engagement on social media, coordinating digital campaigns, and developing creative content strategies. This role offers autonomy, a flexible working model, and performance-linked incentives.
RM 3,000 – RM 4,000/month. Performance incentives based on online sales growth.
We are an ambitious, growing cafe brand with a strong focus on digital customer engagement and online ordering. We're seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who can own and grow our online sales channels — not just through paid ads, but via smart, organic strategies and platform integrations.
Lead end-to-end online sales growth across delivery platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda, Beep, Oddle, ShopeeFood, etc.)
Onboard and optimize presence across new digital platforms & marketplaces
Develop non-ad based growth strategies (e.g., influencer outreach, content virality, SEO, platform-specific promotions, loyalty programs)
Plan and execute engaging social content (Reels, TikTok, photos) – with 2 days/week onsite at the café for filming & creative work
Manage and grow customer engagement on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product drops, and menu promotions
Track platform and campaign performance (traffic, conversion, order volumes)
Proven experience in digital marketing for F&B, retail, or D2C brands
Hands-on success growing online sales without heavy ad spend
Strong working knowledge of GrabFood, Foodpanda, ShopeeFood, etc.
Skilled in content creation (short-form video, social media storytelling)
Experience with influencer or community marketing is a plus
Able to work independently and meet clear commercial KPIs
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
