Job summary

A real estate development company located in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Marketing Assistant to assist the Store Manager with marketing strategies both online and offline. The ideal candidate should be fluent in local languages, preferably Mandarin, and have 2–3 years of marketing or relevant real estate experience.   • Manage membership system (upgrades, points, benefits)
  • Analyze customer purchase behavior to guide marketing and sales
  • Plan and execute exclusive campaigns for members
  • Respond to online customer inquiries and assist with reservations/orders
  • Assign online leads to sales consultants for follow-up
