Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the website and online marketplaces to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and boost online sales.
  • Create engaging content for web and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, customer data, and sales trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product launches, order fulfilment, and campaign execution.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to support strategic decisions.
  • Maintain product listings, pricing, banners, and website content.
  • Develop and manage e‑commerce and social media strategies to support ongoing promotions and branding efforts.
  • Liaise with e‑commerce platforms and maintain strong business relationships.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, E-Commerce, Advertising, Mass Communication, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in e‑commerce or digital marketing.
  • Familiar with both international platforms (Shopify) and local marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada).
  • Strong proficiency in Shopify is a major advantage.
Digital Marketing & Platform Knowledge
  • Proficient in online advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Experience in backend systems of e‑commerce platforms and apps.
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop and copywriting is an advantage.
Content Creation & Communication
  • Collaborate with the social media team to create engaging content, including copywriting, visuals, and short‑form videos.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
