The role involves managing sales of travel packages, particularly to Jerusalem, through WhatsApp and online platforms. Travel Sales Consultant (WhatsApp & Event)
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Travel Sales Consultant with strong closing skills to manage the sales of travel packages (Jerusalem & related destinations). This role involves handling leads via WhatsApp and online platforms, following up with customers, managing post-sale documentation, and participating in offline sales activities such as events, collaborations, and agent development.
This position is ideal for individuals who are target-driven, enjoy interacting with people, and are eager to grow together with a start up travel company.
Online & WhatsApp Sales
Respond to and manage customer leads via WhatsApp and online platforms (social media, website, etc.)
Provide clear and accurate information about travel packages
Perform sales closing through online chat and messaging
Follow up with potential customers who have not made a decision
Customer Management & Documentation
Prepare and manage customer documentation after closing (travel details, forms, required information, etc.)
Conduct payment follow-ups and ensure timely collection of payments
Maintain good relationships with customers before, during, and after the trip
Offline Sales & Business Development
Participate in offline sales activities, including:
Events, booths, and roadshows
Face-to-face meetings with customers
Source and build collaborations with:
KOLs / influencers
Potential sales agents or strategic partners
Represent the company professionally during events and meetings
Reporting & Sales Administration
Prepare daily / weekly sales reports
Update and track lead status, sales conversion, and payment progress
Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by management
Experience in sales and/or customer service (experience in the travel industry is an advantage)
Strong communication skills via WhatsApp and online platforms
Persuasive, proactive in follow-ups, and strong in closing sales
Disciplined, responsible, and able to work based on targets
Willing to work both online and offline (events / customer meetings)
Interest in the travel, pilgrimage, or religious tourism industry is a plus
Experience handling Holy Land / pilgrimage packages is an added advantage
Familiar with and comfortable dealing with community & church-based customers
Strong communication skills in English
Background or exposure in travel, sales, or customer service is a plus
Basic salary + attractive commission
