As an eCommerce Specialist at Bytebox Tech Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's online sales and expanding its digital presence. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective eCommerce strategies to help the company achieve its sales and growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing online marketing campaigns to promote Bytebox Tech's products and services
• Managing and optimising the company's e-commerce platforms, including website, online store, and social media channels
• Analysing customer data and shopping behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Collaborating with the marketing and product teams to create engaging content and enhance the customer experience
• Staying up-to-date with the latest eCommerce trends, technologies, and best practices
• Continuously monitoring and reporting on the performance of eCommerce initiatives
• Identifying and implementing strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer loyalty

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, online marketing, and customer behaviour
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in using various eCommerce and digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software
