We are representing a well-established international trading and distribution group with diversified operations across Asia, specializing in industrial raw materials and related products. The company manages an integrated supply chain network across Southeast Asia, with strategic partnerships in manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing. Its Malaysia office plays a key role in overseeing regional commercial and operational activities to ensure consistent business growth and customer satisfaction.

• Lead the execution of regional sales, operations, and distribution strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage key customer and distributor relationships, ensuring efficient order fulfilment and strong service standards.
• Oversee pricing, forecasting, logistics, and inventory management in collaboration with finance and supply chain teams.
• Supervise bonded warehouse activities and ensure compliance with international trade, safety, and local regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the local team, driving performance excellence and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Over 10 years of experience in sales and operations management within the industrial materials, minerals, or chemicals sector.
• Strong understanding of international trade processes (e.g. L/C transactions, import/export, bonded warehouse management).
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and regional business operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay will be an advantage to liaise effectively with regional counterparts.
