🌟 We're Hiring: Accounts Manager / Assistant Manager! 🌟

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accounts Manager / Assistant Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance management, and team leadership, ensuring the efficient operation of our financial processes.

📍 Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
⏰ Work Mode: Work From Office
💼 Role: Accounts Manager / Assistant Manager

What You'll Do
  • Responsible for full spectrum of accounting include AP, AR, GL, and monitor outstanding item-based account.
  • Ensure timely account closing including financial statements/report preparation, supporting schedule and related matters.
  • Responsible for cash management, costing/financial analysis, budget and forecast and timely submission of management report.
  • Handle statutory audit / taxation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirement.
  • Liaise or coordinate with internal and external parties on the accounting and financial issues whenever it is required.
  • Support & guide accounting team in their accounting work.
  • To undertake any other projects and ad-hoc works assigned from time to time.
  • Able to travel to Sandakan plantation for accounting audit and closing.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting or Professional Qualification (ACCA/ CIMA/ CPA/MIA)
  • At least 7 - 10 years of working experience in related field.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills as well as problem solving with strong financial judgment.
  • Possess leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills and able to lead a team of accounting staff.
  • Team player, proactive, good attitude, able to work independently and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of UBS Accounting Software and MS Office & Excel.
