We are seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to provide comprehensive support and management to appointed dealers, overseeing various aspects including sales, campaigns, promotions, and service requirements. The primary responsibility entails achieving sales targets set for designated accounts and ensuring efficient collection processes. Additionally, the role involves planning and coordinating advertising and promotional activities for dealers.
What You Will Be Accountable For
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth and meet targets.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to key accounts, addressing their sales and service needs promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and manage collections from key accounts, ensuring timely payments and adherence to financial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute advertising and promotional initiatives for dealers, aligning with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development and improvement of account performance.
Required Skills, Experience and Knowledge
- Diploma in any Business-related field or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in Corporate or Retail Sales, preferably in a fast-paced or target-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals with a strong sense of accountability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to dealer locations and client sites, sometimes at short notice.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable mode of transport.
