4. Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address challenges effectively.
6. In-depth knowledge of property development, market trends, and regulatory frameworks.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Property Development, or a related field.
8. At least 12 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within property development or a related sector.
9. Proven track record of managing complex projects, resources, and budgets.
10. Strong financial acumen with the ability to oversee budgets and implement cost‑saving strategies.
