- Monitor and analyze key financial and sales metrics (revenue, expenses, profit margins, sales growth).
- Conduct variance analysis between forecasts, actuals, and historical trends.
- Identify underperforming areas and recommend corrective actions to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cost center owners and business partners to align financial planning with strategic targets.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts and sales projections using historical data and market trends.
- Assist leadership in setting realistic financial and sales targets.
- Lead preparation of sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to support decision‑making.
- Contribute to long‑term financial planning for expansion initiatives.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights effectively.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or related field.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and market research.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, modeling).
- Strong communication skills to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.
