Job description

• Plan, forecast, report on sales business performance according to company requirements and monitoring the finished products stock to ensure the stock level within the optimum level
• To ensure the turnover of finished goods stocks is acceptable depending upon the service level required with supporting from concerned departments
• To visit customers for market expansion and weekly reporting to

General Manager

• Responsible for attaining budgeted quantity and preparation for yearly budget
• Discussion with Sales Marketing/ Sales Administration on the monthly sales forecast for production planning together with sales members
• To ensure that the finished goods stock aging is controlled accordingly
• Liaise and attending meeting with Sub-con functions which necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development
• Provide decisions and solutions in meeting Company's targets and objectives
• Proactive communication with various departments and customers
• Attending daily departmental meeting for highlighting the important issue to related departments for work improvements
• To ensure smooth running of the Sales department

• Business Trip Allowances RM230 per day (Asia Pacific Region)
• Dental & Optical Allowances RM200 per year
• Performance Bonus (around 1.5 years)
• AL Min : 12 days, Max: 20 days
• Public Holiday: 19 days (max)
• Annual medical checkup
• MSIG Insurance (PA, hospitalization, surgical) covering immediate family
• EPF Contribution : + 2%/3%/5% (after serving for more than 3 years)
