Job summary

A leading insurance company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Bancassurance Manager to drive the sales and marketing of Bancassurance products nationally. This role focuses on High Net Worth clients, requiring strategic planning and collaboration with wealth management teams. The ideal candidate should have a degree or relevant experience in bancassurance, strong sales acumen, and excellent relationship-building skills. The position also ensures high standards of client service and relationship retention.

Qualifications

  • Degree is valued; SPM holders with 5 passes including Bahasa Malaysia acceptable.
  • 3 years of experience in bancassurance or wealth management focused on HNW clients.
  • Deep understanding of insurance and wealth planning for high net worth individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Champion sales and marketing of Bancassurance products at a national level.
  • Develop and execute plans to grow HNW insurance sales through bank channels.

Bancassurance Manager (Bancassurance Sales)

You will champion the sales and marketing of Bancassurance products at a national level, serving High Net Worth Client in partnership with the strength of 264 branches of our partnering bank.

Develop and execute strategic plans to grow HNW insurance sale through the bank's affluent and high net worth channels.

Collaborative with wealth management teams to embed insurance solutions into holistic wealth planning

Display your entrepreneurship by riding on the sales and marketing events for new business acquisition.

Deliver high quality client servicing and after sales support, ensuring long term relationship retention.

Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external insurance partners.

Who is qualified?

A degree is valued. However, SPM holders with 5 passes inclusive of Bahasa Malaysia with related 3 years of work experience in bancassurance, wealth management, preferably with a focus on HNW clients.

Deep understanding of insurance and wealth planning needs of HNWIs.

Strong sales acumen and proven ability to drive revenue through advisory-led selling.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, high level of integrity and ethical standards.
