Job description

We are seeking a driven and technically skilled Sales Manager to grow the share of dosing systems in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will combine consultative selling with hands‑on technical expertise, hunting for new opportunities, supporting customers onsite, and collaborating closely with regional and HQ teams to deliver robust dispensing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Territory Management: Develop and convert a strong sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly targets (hunter role).

Prospecting: Seek out and qualify new opportunities across key sectors, including electronics, automotive, EV, automation, and general industry.

Technical Discovery: Engage with customers to understand their process needs and translate them into tailored dosing solutions and quotations.

Onsite Support: Provide hands‑on setup and troubleshooting, coordinating with Regional/HQ teams as necessary; frequent travel required.

Sales Cycle Oversight: Manage the full sales process, from demonstrations and trials to proposals, negotiations, closure, and handover.

Reporting & CRM: Keep CRM records, forecasts, and account plans up to date while providing insights on market trends and competitor activity in dispensing systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with application and engineering teams to ensure successful installations and strong customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field with a strong hands‑on mindset.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or industrial sales.

  • Working knowledge of machinery, automation, basic electrical principles, and fluid mechanics.

  • Able to travel frequently and support after‑hours calls if needed.

  • Experience in automotive, electronics, EV manufacturing, sealant/adhesive, or related capital equipment industries.
