A leading HR firm is seeking a Remote HR Leader to shape human resource strategies in a flexible working environment. This role involves driving recruitment, performance management, training, and development programs. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in remote HR management and a proven record in engaging remote teams. Responsibilities include designing new KPIs, fostering team engagement, and independently building a team. Prior experience in remote work is essential to thrive in this position.
