Overview

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to HR Manager.
  • Manage and update HR database with information on new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off.
  • Organize, compile and update company personnel records and documentation.
  • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities.
  • Assist recruiters in posting job ads on career pages and process received resumes.
  • Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding and training programs.
  • Handle stationary orders and other ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications
  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/Business Studies/Administrative Management or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively use computer software including Word, Excel and HR software (HR2000).
Working Hours

Monday to Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm).
