We are partnering with a global new energy technology leader to recruit a strategic HR Manager for their rapidly expanding manufacturing operations in Rawang, Selangor. This is a high-impact role for an HR professional ready to build, scale, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

As the HR Manager, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing plant, supporting rapid scaling and daily HR management.
  • Drive performance management and large-scale recruitment as core priorities, with employee relations as a key add-on.
  • Build systems and processes to support growth from 500 and potential scaling to several thousand employees.
Who You Are:
  • 10 years of HR experience in manufacturing, with stability and progression in your career.
  • A background in manufacturing is a strong advantage.
  • Strong expertise in performance management, industrial/employee relations and/or volume recruitment.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (required for communication with senior leadership).
  • Bachelor’s degree as your first qualification.
