Key Responsibilities

• Manage full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, attendance & HR admin
• Prepare contracts, SOPs, policies & HR documentation
• Maintain staff records, discipline & performance
• Support COO & CEO on HR strategy & execution
• Coordinate training & staff development
• Promote a positive & productive team culture

Special Focus: Live Host Division

• Recruit Live Hosts & Live Leaders (auditions + behavioural screening)
• Track KPI: Sales, ROAS, AOV, Conversion, Engagement
• Manage weekly/monthly host performance reports
• Conduct training, mock live sessions & coaching
• Schedule live slots & monitor discipline
• Build a high-energy, high-performance host culture

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in HR / recruitment
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Fast, proactive & able to multitask
• Advantage: Experience in TikTok Live / Sales / Retail
