Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Ensure full compliance with employment laws and internal policies throughout all employee transitions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, balancing empathy with organizational integrity to guide stakeholders effectively.
  • Drive initiatives that foster a strong organizational culture, enhance collaboration, and promote adaptability.
  • Leverage people analytics to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic HR decisions, advance inclusion and talent programs, and highlight opportunities for continuous improvement.
What are we looking for?
  • A degree with 5 to 8 years of experience in Business, Management, Human Resources, Org Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience with HRIS/HRMS systems (preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • A solid understanding of employment law across SEA markets.
  • Excellent planning, execution, and collaborator management skills.
  • A passion for data analytics and turning insights into impactful actions.
