Job summary
A company in the financial services sector is seeking a Content Creator based in Shah Alam. The role involves creating and presenting content for various platforms, especially YouTube. The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of relevant experience, a diploma or bachelor's degree, and familiarity with the financial services industry. Key skills include knowledge of Adobe Suites and strong writing abilities. This is a full-time position with immediate hiring.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of working experience.
- Relevant Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
- Familiar with Financial Services industry (fintech, loans, BPL).
- Preferably female.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
Responsibilities
- Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites.
- Conducting research and interviews on current trends and developments.
- Assisting the Marketing team with promotional materials design.
- Using social media to engage consumers and promote company initiatives.
- Collaborating with internal departments on campaign objectives.
- Monitoring social media and website metrics.
- Utilizing SEO methods to increase site traffic.
- Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings.

- Work hours 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday
- Saturday 9am-1pm (WFH)

- Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
- Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments and perceptions about the subject matter and contextualizing findings.
- Assisting the Marketing team with design of promotional materials.
- Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.
- Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
- Monitoring social media and company website metrics.
- Utilizing SEO methods to increase site traffic.
- Sugesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.
- 3-5 years of working experience
