A prominent recruitment firm in Kulai, Malaysia is looking for a skilled HR Manager to oversee the full HR lifecycle and ensure compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of recruitment practices, and capabilities in employee engagement. Responsibilities include managing HR policies, employee records, payroll processing, and administrative functions to enhance workplace culture. Develop and enforce HR policies and practices that align with the company’s values and Malaysian labor laws (e.g., Employment Act 1955, SOCSO, EPF, EIS).
Oversee the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and exit processes.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing, either in-house or via external vendors.
Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture, such as welfare activities and safety campaigns.
Manage disciplinary cases, grievances, and industrial relations matters with professionalism and compliance.
Collaborate with the HSE team to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
Develop and execute strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent in a competitive labor market.
Oversee foreign workforce matters, including quota applications, FWCMS processing, and JTK permit renewals.
Conduct salary benchmarking using industry surveys (e.g., FMM, MEF) to ensure competitiveness.
Ensure the company remains fully compliant with all relevant labor laws and statutory requirements.
Manage all aspects of office administration, including facilities, security, and general upkeep.
Coordinate repair, servicing, and maintenance for office and production equipment.
Oversee administrative contracts, insurance matters, company assets, and legal documentation.
Supervise and guide support staff such as receptionists, office assistants, drivers, and cleaners.
Assist senior management with internal communications, reporting, and special projects.
Ensure documentation and records are audit-ready and compliant with ISO and legal standards.
Act as the main liaison for government audits and inspections (e.g., JTK, DOSH, Bomba).
