What you´ll do
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations across Southeast Asia (SEA) and Australia & New Zealand (ANZ), encompassing onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and benefits administration
  • Collaborate with Global Shared Services (GBS) to ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle management, including payroll processes
  • Manage and enhance HR systems, prioritizing data accuracy, security, and alignment with both global standards and local compliance requirements
  • Develop and streamline HR processes and workflows to drive operational efficiency and scalability
  • Partner with Country HR, IT, Finance, and GBS teams to achieve operational excellence and support key HR initiatives
  • Generate HR analytics and dashboards that inform business and talent decision-making
  • Lead or support HR digital transformation projects, focusing on automation and innovative solutions
