Job description

This is a full-time employment position (9-5). Employees are NOT allowed to engage in side jobs, freelance work, or external IT services during employment.

Responsibilities

• Repair and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, and printers (on-site when required).
• On-site support for clients when required.
• Support and maintain:
  • Barrier gate systems (training provided)
  • Entry/exit control systems (training provided)
  • License Plate Recognition (LPR) systems (training provided)
• Basic network support:
  • LAN cabling checks
  • Switch / access point replacement
  • Daily job reporting and documentation
