Responsibilities

• Provide global Level 1 support to IT Incidents and Service Requests.
• Monitor key factory metrics and respond to critical deviations.
• Build and improve Knowledge Base for timely resolution of reported issues.
• Compile and analyze Incident/Service Request metrics for improvement.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects to improve processes.
