Responsible to support the system application including fixes, updates and enhancement of Treasury and Reporting Systems including its back-end processing and integration and ensuring applications are functioning smoothly.

• Troubleshoot application issues across multiple environments and platforms.
• Provide recommendations on the support areas for improved procedures and processes.
• Support users by providing information and assistance on system functionalities.
• Ensuring and monitoring of application functionalities & address all issues arise to vendor promptly.
• Follow up closely with vendors and system providers in resolving issues and providing solutions.
• Coordinate application system vendors deliveries on fixes, updates and SLAs.

• Prepare SIT plan/cases and approved by superior.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT testing with the users and ensure proper documentation and signoff before deployment to production.
• Ensure compliance of all security measures & policies in application development processes.

• Plan for DR activities and coordinate the resources required to support the BCP and DR exercise.
• Develop, re-assess and update the DR plan when required.
• Successful recovery of critical systems following internal and regulatory DR & BCP requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in financial institutions or related field.
• Proficiency in financial markets instruments.
• Prior experience in an IT support environment with knowledge of Windows Server Administration and Treasury systems, i.e MS SQL Server, BNM RENTAS, Swift, Guava, etc.
• Able to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.
