Economics Teacher (Maternity Cover)

Tenby International Secondary School is seeking an exceptional Economics Teacher (Maternity Cover) to join our dedicated and growing team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about learning, confident in their subject knowledge, and driven to inspire young people to say “I can!” as they grow in curiosity, resilience, and achievement. This role also includes tutor responsibilities, supporting a small group of students with their personal development, academic progress, and well-being. Tutors are central to our pastoral care approach and play a vital role in building positive relationships that help students thrive.

About Us

Tenby Schools Setia Eco Park, Kuala Lumpur campus is a large 3-18 school located on a green 20-acre site with excellent facilities and offers a welcoming, inclusive and stimulating place to work. We are a unique campus, home to Tenby International School, which consists of a Primary, and Secondary School (IPC, National Curriculum for England, CIE, IGCSE and A Level) and a Malaysian Private School, Sekolah Sri Tenby (Malaysian National Curriculum). Skills, Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related Teaching Qualifications.
  • A minimum of 2years’ experience is preferable in an international school.
  • Has experience of teaching Economics.
  • Working with Secondary age pupils role and also we are looking for a flexible team player.
