A dynamic, knowledgeable, and dedicated A-Level Economics Teacher to deliver the Cambridge International AS & A-Level Economics curriculum.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in economics and proven teaching experience at the A-Level.

The teacher will play a critical role in helping students understand key economic principles, prepare for exams, and develop a global economic perspective.

• Design and deliver engaging lessons in alignment with the Cambridge International Economics syllabus.
• Explain microeconomic and macroeconomic concepts using real-world examples and case studies.
• Encourage debate, critical thinking, and analytical writing skills.
• Inspire and motivate students to develop an interest in economics and related disciplines.
• Identify individual learning needs and provide academic support accordingly.
• Guide students in economic research projects, presentations.
• Participate in departmental planning meetings, staff development sessions, and school-wide initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and classroom attendance.
• Stay updated with Cambridge curriculum changes and global economic developments.
• Provide academic mentorship and support to students applying for university programs in economics, business, or social sciences.
• Assist in preparing reference letters or student portfolios.

• Master’s degree in Economics or a closely related field (required).
• Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience teaching Cambridge A-Level Economics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to integrate digital resources and current events into lessons effectively.
• Familiarity with CAIE assessment standards and exam techniques.
