Immediate job vacancy for Finance Accounts Executive
Location : EkoCheras (nearby to MRT stations)

Salary : RM4000 to RM5000 per month (depend on related working experiences)
Job Descriptions:
Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for all transactions.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations.
Qualifications:
Degree holder in finance or accounting with a minimum of 3-5 years working experiences.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Required skill(s): Excel, accounting software - Autocount.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluent in Mandarin & Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
