Drive SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
Evaluate campaign performance and optimize for better reach, engagement, and ROI.
Set and manage strategic sales targets across retail and online channels.
Build and strengthen relationships with key distributors, retailers, and marketplaces.
Utilize sales data and customer insights to refine pricing, promotions, and go-to-market strategies.
Oversee operations on Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, and the company’s website.
Lead digital product expansion and optimize listings to support sales growth and brand consistency.
Scale online presence through strategic campaigns, new platform onboarding, and regional outreach.
Lead commercialization efforts, transforming it into a scalable, family-friendly retail destination.
Develop strategic roadmaps for market expansion, franchising opportunities, and brand partnerships.
Identify new commercial channels, execute rollout plans, and drive market penetration efforts.
Manage website UX enhancements, performance tracking, and conversion strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of projects and marketing assets.
Oversee SOPs, inventory management, and retail merchandising for physical stores.
Plan and execute experiential activities including events, workshops, and pop-up stores to enhance brand engagement and footfall.
Develop and monitor marketing and commercialization budgets.
Drive efficiency by identifying cost-saving opportunities while maximizing campaign impact.
Mentor and lead a cross-functional team of sales, marketing, and operations professionals.
Represent sales and marketing in executive meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, commercialization, or brand scaling.
Proven ability to scale brands across retail and digital platforms.
Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Shopify, Meta Business Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Experience managing Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms.
