Job description
  1. Based on the company's development plan, take the lead in overall human resources planning and allocation, and supervise its implementation.
  2. Lead new employee training, be responsible for establishing the company’s training system, continuously review its applicability, manage training records, and identify and evaluate external training institutions.
  3. Regularly analyze compensation and benefits levels within the same industry and region to provide a basis for improving the company's compensation and benefits system.
  4. Mediate employee conflicts, handle employee complaints, and establish harmonious labor relations.
  5. Formulate, review, and revise administrative and HR policies and regulations to align with the company's actual needs.
  6. Supervise employee compliance with discipline, and criticize or penalize those who violate it; provide warnings and education or proceed with dismissal for repeated violations.
  7. Participate in the development of the company's quality, occupational health, and safety management systems, take the lead in related matters within the department, and promote the effective operation of the systems.
  8. Conduct initial interviews with job applicants, recommend suitable candidates to the hiring department, and, based on the company’s compensation structure, propose probationary salaries for new hires to the hiring supervisors and company management.
