As we prepare for future expansion, we are adding new members who can contribute to a refined retail experience and build lasting client relationships. About the Role

You’ll be part of an intimate, boutique setting where service, trust, and attention to detail define our client experience. Every day brings meaningful interactions with customers — many of whom are professionals and collectors between 30 and 55 years old.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Creating a warm and polished experience for every client who visits the store
  • Presenting our curated collection of Swiss luxury watches with confidence and clarity
  • Building relationships and developing long-term client loyalty
  • Meeting (and ideally surpassing) individual and team sales goals
  • Maintaining accurate client records and follow-up communication
  • Supporting daily store operations and inventory routines
  • Staying informed on new releases, watch trends, and brand stories
Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is personable, confident, and eager to grow in a respected luxury environment.

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience — retail or service roles considered an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage clients professionally
  • A positive mindset and a respectful approach to colleagues and customers
  • Genuine interest in watches and the willingness to learn quickly
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Experience with e-commerce or social media (Facebook, Instagram) is an advantage
