A leading recruitment platform is looking for an experienced individual to oversee equipment operation and ensure high quality during production in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The candidate will monitor machinery, conduct quality inspections, resolve issues, and document processes while adhering to safety standards. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is necessary, along with basic and advanced skills in the relevant areas. This role is integral to enhancing productivity and maintaining a safe working environment.
Operating and monitoring machinery and equipment during the production process to ensure it runs smoothly.
Conducting inspections and tests on products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Identifying and resolving production issues, while performing routine maintenance on equipment.
Keeping accurate records of production processes, including quantities produced, materials used, and any equipment malfunctions or repairs.
Adhering to safety standards and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Working closely with other team members, including engineers and management, to optimize production efficiency.
Preparing and handling raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper storage and inventory management.
Suggesting and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Required to apply basic and some advanced skills in procedure/ techniques/tools/materials and/or equipment appropriate to area of specialization.
Works under direct supervision and selects from a variety of established procedures to accomplish assigned task.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
