Intralink Techno Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Account Payable Assistant to join our team in Semenyih, Selangor. As a full‑time position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions for the company.

What you'll be doing
  • Process and record all incoming vendor invoices, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with company policies
  • Match purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices to verify the legitimacy of payments
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all accounts payable transactions
  • Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal departments regarding payment status and issues
  • Assist with the preparation of accounts payable reports and reconciliations
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the timely and accurate payment of all invoices
  • Provide administrative support to the accounts payable function as needed
