Responsabilités

• Supervise company-wide performance appraisal and KPI setting.
• Manage staff promotion and development plans.
• Conduct training needs analysis/events.
• Manage all aspects of employee compensation including payroll and bonuses.
• Oversee the entire recruitment, selection, and on boarding process.
• Forecast and manage the departmental budget.
• Handle conflict resolution and manage performance improvement actions.
