Responsabilités
Supervise company-wide performance appraisal and KPI setting.
Manage staff promotion and development plans.
Conduct training needs analysis/events.
Manage all aspects of employee compensation including payroll and bonuses.
Oversee the entire recruitment, selection, and on boarding process.
Forecast and manage the departmental budget.
Handle conflict resolution and manage performance improvement actions.
