A healthcare organization located in Kuantan, Malaysia, is seeking an individual to manage recruitment, training, and development processes for senior executive positions and below. The candidate will handle the full cycle of recruitment, manage headcount requisition, maintain training records, and coordinate Post-Basic program applications. This dynamic role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team to attract top talent.

  • Manage headcount requisition and approval within budget.
  • Record training and ensure evaluation forms are returned.
  • Monitor all Post-Basic intakes and coordinate applications.
Job description
  • To handle the full cycle of recruitment and selection process for the Hospital for Senior Executive and below positions including part‑timers, locum, and internship hiring.
  • To ensure and validate the employment requisition form before starting the recruitment process.
  • To be responsible for the recruitment process, including but not limited to analyzing the requirements of a job position, recruiting talent for the position, and screening resumes.
  • To schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers.
  • To attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting colleges, media, career websites, social media, contacting recruiters, and other recruitment channels to attract the best talent to the company.
2. Manpower Headcount Management
  • To manage headcount requisition and approval.
  • To ensure all requisitions of manpower are budgeted.
  • To assist the Assistant Manager, Human Resources in updating and monitoring manpower headcount changes.
3. Training and Development
  • To record all training in the master record regardless of soft copy and hard copy.
  • To follow up on the evaluation form and post‑training form are returned upon the staff finished joining the training.
  • To review the training policy and ensure the policy of training is updated.
  • To assist with any training conducted on premises (e.g.: equipment. link, forms, and others necessary if needed)
  • To develop continuous training among the staff.
  • To maintain the HRDC account and to ensure timely submission of training grants and claims.
4. Post Basic Application and Management
  • To closely monitor all the Post‑Basic intakes and update to Nursing Division accordingly.
  • To coordinate with Post‑Basic program candidates on the applications.
  • To prepare Post‑Basic Sponsorship Agreement and assist in getting signatures from Management and employees before stamping.
