A leading timber company in Selangor is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage HR duties for 40 local employees and assist with 50 foreign workers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, HR, or Psychology, along with at least four years of relevant experience. Strong English proficiency and strategic thinking are required. This full-time position includes benefits like EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and allowances, with a comfortable office environment close to transport.
Manage and perform full spectrum of HR duties for two companies, totaling with 40 local employees. Responsible include recruitment, maintenance of organization chart and employees portfolios, payroll checking, training arrangement, performance enhancement and employee exits, all in accordance with company policy and HQ Public Listed Company standards.
Assist the HQ Human Resources Department in managing 50 foreign workers.
Submit monthly internal report to Group HR manager, detailing the HR status of the subsidiary companies.
Enhance employees and subcontractor worker disciplinary matters and assist with OSHA compliance.
Collaborate with company management to improve the quality of the Employee KPI system for the plantation and laboratory production.
Maintain routine HR operations schedules, arrange meetings and appointments, and provide reminders as needed.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality of information at all times.
Report to and support with any ad-hoc duties by the plantation manager from time to time.
Full-time position.
Entitled for EPF, SOCSO & EIS.
Self‑elevation Allowance, or Professional Membership Allowance (if any, 1 title only).
Provided with company parking, comfortable office and in‑house canteen. Near to LRT station (6 minutes walking distance).
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology. Minoring in Accounting and Finance is a plus.
At least 4 years experience in Human Resources or Administration, preferably within estate management or manufacturing sectors.
Proficiency in written English.
Computer literacy is advantageous.
Strategic thinking and deadline orientation are highly valued.
Preference for candidates residing nearby.
